FAQ'S

1. Question:  If  I don't find a poem that I like, can I get one custom made to fit my needs?
    Answer:    Yes, send us an email with your thoughts and feelings and we'll be happy to
                       write a poem just for you.

2. Question:  How long after I place my order will I receive my poem?
    Answer:    Under normal circumstances, our orders will be shippied out to you within 1-2
                       business days.

3. Question:  What kind of shipping services to you use? 
     Answer:    We ship all orders via UPS shipping, unless you purchase a poem on specialty
                        paper, then the US Postal service is used to save you the customer, on
                        shipping charges.

4. Question:   How do I know if  I'll receive the poem that I want if I order a special custom poem?
    Answer:     All custom poems will be emailed to you for approval before you purchase. The
                        customer is our number 1 concern.
