Jr. Sr. Prom 2007
Prom time for Coffee High School has finally arrived on April 14, 2007. It has been a long few months getting
everything lined up.....tuxedo....flowers.....dinner reservations at Ruby Tuesdays....etc. getting everything ready.
I thought I'd share with you a few pictures of one happy couple, my son Jonathan Tanner and his girlfriend Rachel Boggan.

Jonathan and Rachel all dressed up! Aren't they a cute couple!

This years theme for the prom is Masquerade!

About to get in truck and off to prom!

March 24, 2007 was opening day in Georgia for Turkey season. My oldest son Jonathan
had the pleasure of going hunting with his Daddy. They got there to the woods and
immediately started with the turkey calls, and in no time out came the turkeys. ( yes, there
were more turkeys than just Jonathan and my husband) ( private joke, haha) Wayne did the
calling while Jonathan held the gun and they watched this Jake ( gobbler) for about 45 minutes
before trying to make a shot. Below I've put a few pictures ( by the way, this is Jonathan's very
first turkey ever) He was very proud, as well as a proud Mom and Dad! Congratulations Jonathan !

Fishing at Fernandina Beach Florida..................
In June of 2006 we had the pleasure of vacationing in Fernandina Beach Florida ( Amelia Island, FL) at Ketch Courtyard
on South Fletcher Avenue during this time my husband Wayne and oldest son Jonathan were able to go out deep sea
fishing and I'd have to say their catch was quite amazing. Below is a few pictures of Jonathan and his great catch!

A Day With Friends At A UGA Game..................
On Saturday October 14, my son Jason and I were fortunate enough to be invited by a dear friend Mrs. Mary Varnell
to join her, her son Jack and his girlfriend Ashley to a University of Georgia Bulldog football game. I knew this would
be a once in a lifetime opportunity, especially with seats on the 40 yardline! It don't get much better than that! We
very much enjoyed our time there and loved the game. Although the Georgia bulldogs lost to Vanderbilt in the last
5 seconds of the game due to a fieldgoal with an ending score of 23-22, it was well worth the drive and such an
enjoyable day! Below are a few pictures taken during the game at Sanford Stadium in Athens Georgia. We even had
a chance to see UGA 6 the bulldog mascot. Way to go UGA!
Below are a few of the many pictures taken at the game........

The Sheffield Family Reunion, Pine Mountain GA...........
Every year my Mother's family gets together at some place away from home in early September
in honor of my Grandmother's Birthday. Since her passing several years ago, the family thought
this would be a great way to honor her memory. This year on labor day weekend, September 2, 3&4th
everyone went north 200 miles to Pine Mountain, Warm Springs GA. We rented four log cabins in the
mountains to accomodate the 40 plus family members and had a quite enjoyable weekend to say the least.
It was full of fun and laughter through every minute we were there. You would have to know the family
just to understand, but trust me, there was never a dull moment! While there we celebrated my son Jason's
8th birthday, cooked, ate and ate some more! Below I have posted a few pictures of our weekend for everyone
to enjoy!
